Important care and safety notes

• Place each flexible pan on a rigid baking sheet before filling and moving it.
• Wash with warm soapy water before first use. The pans are top-rack dishwasher safe.
• Use wood, plastic or silicone utensils to help protect the non-stick surface.
• Do not use over an open flame, on a stovetop heating element or under a grill.
• Highly pigmented ingredients such as turmeric or dark cocoa may colour the silicone. This is normal and does not affect performance or food safety.
