Use and care

Place the mat on the grill grate and use it according to the supplied temperature and appliance guidance. Do not place it directly on an open flame, under a direct heating element or where it can contact hot surfaces outside the intended cooking area. Allow it to cool before cleaning, then rinse with warm water and mild detergent. Store flat or rolled when completely dry.
