Magnesium Chloride Flakes are a pure salt collected from evaporated saltwater from the Dead Sea, recognised for its therapeutic qualities. Suggested Use of Magnesium Chloride Flakes
Dissolve two or more cups of Magnesium Chloride Flakes in a warm bath and soak for at least 20-30 minutes to allow the body to absorb the beneficial minerals. Half a cup of Magnesium Chloride Flakes also makes an effective foot bath.
